Minors Arrested During School Robbery Attempt
Three minors arrested after attempting to rob a school in San Juan Three minors aged 13, 16, and 17 were arrested while climbing the Ramón Power y Giralt school in San Juan on Thursday night.
Security Response and Police Intervention
According to information provided, the individuals were identified by private security personnel from the company Genesis Security, responsible for the surveillance of the school premises. Upon detecting the situation, the corresponding protocols were immediately activated, allowing the police to be notified and facilitating the rapid arrival of officers. They managed to intercept the individuals, from whom they recovered a bag containing several laptops stolen from a classroom, as well as a fire extinguisher.
Ongoing Concerns Over School Security
This case adds to other attempts at burglary and illegal appropriation of school equipment that have been thwarted recently, as a result of the timely response of security personnel and the effective operation of the electronic surveillance systems installed by Genesis Security in schools.
